Click Fashions ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays. You'll be provided with the total shipping and handling cost during checkout.

For Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Click Fashions cannot guarantee same business day shipment. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

You get free shipping on all purchases of $49 or more!

With a minimum purchase of $49 or more at ClickFashions.com excluding taxes and shipping. Valid on standard ground shipment to the 48 Lower States only.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available for Expedited and Express delivery options.

Prices listed on the website are in US dollars and will be charged in US dollars for all orders placed.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable; charges include order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items.

It may take more than 10 business days to deliver to remote locations in the US.

1. Fragrance products & nail polish are not available for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. U.S. Virgin Islands may receive notification for pick-up in areas without regular delivery service.
2. It may take more than 24 business days to deliver to remote locations for Military APO/FPO addresses. Items over 70 lbs, freight-only items, and fragrance, nail polish and flammable items cannot be shipped.
3. By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that the operator of the website can be reimbursed.

Returns Policy

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date to a store near you or by mail for a store credit only. All items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Returns made past 30 days of the ship date, without a packing slip or shipping confirmation may be returned for store credit however a $5 restocking fee will be deducted.

Click Fashions.com does not accept returns on jewelry, electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, swim, intimates, fragrance, nail polish, opened beauty products, and anything noted as final sale.

Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure credit has been issued. If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so at your nearest store.

Bridesmaid collection dresses are eligible for free return shipping and can only be returned by mail.

Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival should be returned promptly. The return fee will be waived for these items.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 RETURN TO A STORE

1. You can return it to ClickFashions store located in White Plains, NY or submit a return request on our website.
2. All items must be returned in original condition―tags attached with packaging.
3. You'll also need your packing & shipping slip, confirmation e-mail or order history print out for a full refund. Without a proof of purchase refund will be issued a merchandise credit.

PayPal and PayPal Credit purchases will be issued to any credit/debit card provided the name on the proof of purchase matches that on the card.

RETURN BY MAIL

   1. Pack

Pack item(s)―tags attached―along with your completed packing slip return form.

If you can't send the packing slip print your shipping confirmation e-mail or include your order number, billing name & address, and return reason on a piece of paper with your return.

    2. Peel

Stick the pre-paid return label on the front of your package. * We'll deduct $6.99 from your return credit to cover return shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing.

Make a note of the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure credit has been issued.

    3. Ship

Drop off package at any USPS or FedEx location. We recommend USPS.**

Important Details

• Shipping & Handling/Gift Wrap fees are non-refundable, unless the item itself is damaged or defective. To get these fees refunded, you MUST send your item back by MAIL.

CREDIT

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card. Your refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Returns made past 30 days of the ship date, without a packing slip or shipping confirmation email will be issued a merchandise credit instead of a refund.

All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
